Background:
While
most
women
perceive
pregnancy
to
be
a
happy
time,
there
are
physiological,
anatomical,
biochemical,
and
psychological
changes
that
can
occur
during
this
period.
Pilates
exercise
is
making
strength
endurance
for
labor
birth.
In
sense,
study's
purpose
was
systematically
review
the
literature
on
implication
of
pilates
blood
tests
in
pregnant
women.
Methods:
Three
databases
were
searched

publications

until

2023.

Purpose:
Pilates-based
programs
can
help
pregnant
women
deal
with
the
physical
and
psychological
burden
derived
by
major
changes

their

designed

dose-response

effects

both
pre-partum
post-partum,
online
program
on
weight
control,
low
back
pain
(LBP)
severity,
sleep
disturbances,
mood

136

eligibility

pregnancy;

18–45
years;

20–28-week
gestational

normal
BMI).

completed
an

lombalgia

80%

população
e
ocorre
em
76%
das
gestantes,
sendo
comum
no
segundo
trimestre.

Pilates
é
um
método
eficaz
alívio
dor
fortalecimento
muscular,
promovendo
benefícios
como
melhora
flexibilidade
qualidade
de
vida,
auxiliando
na
prevenção
quedas
controle
ansiedade
durante
a
gestação.
Objetivo:
estudo
visa
analisar
os
utilização
do
pilates
gestação
sua
tratamento
lombalgia.
Materiais
Métodos:
foi
realizado
por
meio
uma
revisão
bibliográfica
bases
dados
internacionais
nacionais,
PubMed,
Scielo
BVS
Brasil,
utilizando
descritores
relacionados
lombalgia,
gestação,
exercícios,
fisioterapia.

artigos
iniciais,

foram
selecionados
para
base
deste

critérios
análise
detalhada

Resultado:
Os
estudos
têm
se
mostrado
eficazes
efeito
proporcionado
redução
lombar,
assoalho
pélvico,
estabilidade
contribuindo
o
bem-estar
geral
incluindo
humor,
sono
autoestima,
potencial
impacto
parto
pós-parto.
Apesar
resultados
positivos
observados,
pesquisa
aponta
necessidade
mais
com
rigor
metodológico
confirmar
esses
ampliar
aplicabilidade.
Conclusão:
