Introdução: A lombalgia afeta até 80% da população e ocorre em 76% das gestantes, sendo comum no segundo trimestre. O Pilates é um método eficaz alívio dor fortalecimento muscular, promovendo benefícios como melhora flexibilidade qualidade de vida, auxiliando na prevenção quedas controle ansiedade durante a gestação. Objetivo: estudo visa analisar os utilização do pilates gestação sua tratamento lombalgia. Materiais Métodos: foi realizado por meio uma revisão bibliográfica bases dados internacionais nacionais, PubMed, Scielo BVS Brasil, utilizando descritores relacionados lombalgia, gestação, exercícios, fisioterapia. De 41 artigos iniciais, 27 foram selecionados para base deste após critérios análise detalhada inclusão, além consultas à obra "Pilates Reabilitação" ao guia Associação Brasileira Fisioterapia Saúde Mulher. Resultado: Os estudos têm se mostrado eficazes efeito proporcionado redução lombar, assoalho pélvico, estabilidade contribuindo o bem-estar geral incluindo humor, sono autoestima, potencial impacto parto pós-parto. Apesar resultados positivos observados, pesquisa aponta necessidade mais com rigor metodológico confirmar esses ampliar aplicabilidade. Purpose: Pilates-based programs can help pregnant women deal with the physical and psychological burden derived by major changes in their body. This study was designed to primarily test, women, dose-response health effects of both pre-partum post-partum, online program on weight control, low back pain (LBP) severity, sleep disturbances, mood depression levels. Methods: A total 136 were screened for eligibility (low-risk pregnancy; aged 18–45 years; single 20–28-week gestational age, normal BMI). Participants completed an during pregnancy after delivery, through platform guided a Pilates, Yoga Lagree certified instructor. Main outcomes (weight LBP disability, quality, mood, mental health) assessed at baseline completion pre- post-partum programs. Sleep disturbances increased significantly (+24.3%; .005) but intermediate- (+4.6%; .50) (−0.1%; .91). Regardless amount exercise, scores improved all groups. Following intervention (n 40), showed reductions (−24.1%; .003) (15.9%; .04).
