To evaluate the application effect of remote interventions based on digital health technology in kidney transplant patients through a systematic review. Systematic The databases PubMed, Embase, Cochrane Library, CINAHL, and Web Science were systematically searched for randomized controlled trials quasi - experimental studies recipients. search time limit ranged from establishment to September 2024. A total 10 articles included, involving 535 patients. 21 clinical outcomes identified this study they classified into three categories, namely: ① Health-related conditions: Number steps (n = 1), heart rate self-burden score self-management ability quality life 2), Self-rating Anxiety Scale (SAS) Depression (SDS) psychological distress 1). ② Medication adherence average tacrolimus concentration: 5), number missed doses medication errors rejection reactions creatinine level blood concentration within-patient variability coefficient variation (CV) ③ Medical economic status: Nursing satisfaction incidence adverse events unplanned hospitalization 3), duration one-year medical cost nursing Remote can improve related conditions, status However, its impact remains unclear. This new clinical practice guideline concerns the psychosocial diagnosis and treatment of patients before after organ transplantation. Its objective is to establish standards issue evidence-based recommendations that will help optimize decision making in treatment.For each key question, literature was systematically searched at least two databases (Medline, Ovid, Cochrane Library, CENTRAL). The first Transplant Games took place in 1978 Portsmouth, England. Since then, numerous Olympic-style sporting 'Games' have been established, each aiming to increase public awareness of organ donation, demonstrate the benefits transplantation, and encourage patient fitness. Despite this, there is limited research exploring psycho-social health impacts Games. Drawing on qualitative conducted at 2022 British European Dialysis Games, this paper explores through a therapeutic landscapes framework, concept that examines ways which environments contribute wellbeing. Building upon work acknowledges relational contingent nature health-in-place, I argue are landscape social relations for transplant recipients three ways: providing belonging, hope, motivation.
