Objetivo: el principal objetivo de esta investigación fue determinar, por medio una revisión sistemática, cuáles son los factores relacionados con autoconcepto físico y la satisfacción corporal adolescentes relación a Educación Física escolar, que manera docente pueda intervenir en fomento creación un positivo. Metodología: Se realizó sistemática siguiendo las directrices PRISMA, combinación términos "Physical education", "Self-concept", “Body image” "Factors” tres bases datos (WOS, SCOPUS Y ERIC). Resultados: se incluyeron total 8 artículos que, según temática, variables analizadas distintas investigaciones, sus resultados, dividieron cuatro detectados: necesidades psicológicas básicas, seguridad emocional, promoción del ejercicio extraescolar evitación comparación apariencias. Conclusiones: Los detectados, pueden servir herramienta para través conocimiento dichos elementos, puede confeccionar su programación fin potenciar motivación hacia extraescolar, trabajo emocional comparaciones Palabras clave: Imagen corporal, Factores, Adolescentes, Física, Revisión sistemática. Background Incidence rates of autism, attention-deficit/hyperactivity disorder (ADHD), and gender dysphoria (GD) are rising not only in the general population, but particularly among children, adolescents, young adults with eating disorders (EDs). While ED have risen during COVID pandemic, trends co-occurring ADHD, GD yet to be investigated detail or at scale by way large electronic medical record data. Objectives To investigate EDs years prior COVID-19 pandemic. Methods We utilized a de-identified multinational health records database (TriNetX) 48,558 individuals aged 5-26 diagnosed (EDs) least twice between 2017 2022. The primary predictor variable differentiated each person’s index (first) diagnosis (2017-2019 vs. 2020-2022). outcome was rate new psychiatric diagnoses year following patient’s first diagnosis. applied propensity score-matched multivariable logistic regressions compare outcomes 2017-2019 2020-2022. Results Our analysis included 17,445 (8% 13.5% 1.9% GD) 31,113 2020-2022 14.6% 3.2% GD). After 1:1 score matching, 17,202 from cohort were matched peers mirroring cohort. COVID-19 was an unprecedented time for the entire world. As cases rapidly rose globally, primary focus on preventing further spread of virus and taking care acutely ill patients. Unfortunately, this meant that getting adequate other chronic conditions, including eating disorders (EDs), a lower priority. Adolescents with EDs were particularly vulnerable population, as their source social support normalcy in form school in-person activities removed distancing lockdowns. The purpose paper is to investigate how affected adolescents, likelihood accessing care, rates hospitalizations, use telehealth services, development co-morbid mental health conditions. This brief review current research will explore adolescents negatively by pandemic, future directions better understand topic.
