Abstract This study aims to assess the technical efficiency of hospital networks in each health directorate region Morocco and analyze impact staff personnel on inefficiency. The uses Data Envelopment Analysis Programming (DEAP) software version 2.1 generative Artificial Intelligent ChatGPT 3.5 12 network regions. Tobit regression was employed worker activity Results showed that average more inefficient AI than DEAP 2.1.
