As the COVID-19 pandemic persists, increasing evidences suggest that patients with may face risks of neurological complications and sequelae. To address this issue, we conducted a comprehensive study aimed at exploring relationship between various disorders, particular focus on shared dysregulated genes potential therapeutic targets. We selected six disorders for investigation, including Alzheimer’s disease, epilepsy, stroke, Parkinson’s sleep disorders. Through bioinformatics analysis association these COVID-19, to uncover common molecular mechanisms treatment pathways. In study, utilized publicly available RNA-Seq microarray datasets, employed tools such as Limma DESeq2 differential gene analysis. Gene Ontology Kyoto Encyclopedia Genes Genomes pathway enrichment analysis, explored biological features Additionally, focused analyzing regulatory roles miRNA transcription factors differentially expressed genes, predicted drugs interacting genes. These analyses contribute better understanding provide theoretical basis future strategies. research, aim offer deeper insights scientific community present new perspectives clinical practice in addressing challenges sequelae faced by patients.
