Gene transcription is controlled and modulated by regulatory regions, including enhancers promoters. These regions are abundant in non-coding bidirectional that results generally unstable RNA. Using nascent RNA data across hundreds of human samples, we identified over 800,000 containing transcription. We then identify tissue specific, highly correlated between gene regions. The pairs, a region gene, enriched for disease associated SNPs often supported independent 3D data. present these resources as database called DBNascent ( https://nascent.colorado.edu/ ) which serves resource future studies into regulation, enhancer RNAs, factors.
