Abstract
Neurons
in
an
excitable
mode

show
spiking
activity
and
therefore

information
transfer
transmission
its
processing.
However,
some
external
influences,
coupling
or
time
delay
can
lead
appearance
oscillations

systems
networks.
In
this
study,
we
analyze
dynamics
of
a
small
network
locally
coupled
FitzHugh–Nagumo
oscillators
absence
presence
several
types
influence.
Firstly,
consider
impact
periodic-pulse
exposure
generated
as
periodic
sequence
Gaussian
pulses.
Secondly,
what
behavior

by
Lévy
noise
