Abstract
Network
controllability
is
a
critical
attribute
of
dynamic
networked
systems.
Investigating
methods
to
restore
network
after
degradation
crucial
for
enhancing
system
resilience.
In
this
study,
we
develop
an
analytical
method
based
on
degree
distributions
estimate
the
minimum
fraction
required
driver
nodes
under
random
node
additions
removal
subset
nodes.
The
outcomes
our
closely
align
with
numerical
simulation
results
both
synthetic
and
real-world
networks.
Additionally,
compare
efficacy
various
recovery
strategies
across
directed
Erdös–Rényi
(ER)
networks,
swarm
signaling
networks
(SSNs),
Barabàsi
Albert
(BA)
Our
findings
indicate
that
most
efficient
strategy
ER
SSNs
greedy
strategy,
which
considers
betweenness
centrality.
Similarly,
BA
focusing
centrality
emerges
as
efficient.
These
outperform
approaches
or
centrality,
well
involving
additions.

A
new
edge
centrality
measure,
connectivity
rank
index
(CRI),
is
proposed
based
on
the
effect
of
an
network
algebraic
connectivity.

CRI

model
attracts
the

reason
for
phase
transition
that
occurs

a
2D
swarmalator
model,

conclude

maintaining
disrupting
orders,

clustering
phenomena.
Through
novel
mean-field
approximation
using
self-consistency
argument
method,
we
prove
conditions

clusters
on
