Most
of
today’s
educators
are
in
no
shortage
digital
and
online
learning
technologies
available
at
their
fingertips,
ranging
from
Learning
Management
Systems
such
as
Canvas,
Blackboard,
or
Moodle,
meeting
tools,
homework,
tutoring
systems,
exam
proctoring
platforms,
computer
simulations,
even
virtual
reality/augmented
reality
technologies.
Furthermore,
with
the
rapid
development
wide
availability
generative
artificial
intelligence
(GenAI)
services
ChatGPT,
we
just
beginning
harnessing
potential
to
transform
higher
education.
Yet,
facing
large
number
options
provided
by
cutting-edge
technology,
an
imminent
question
on
mind
most
is
following:
how
should
I
choose
integrate
them
into
my
teaching
process
so
that
they
would
best
support
student
learning?
We
contemplate
over
these
types
important
timely
questions
share
our
reflections
evidence-based
approaches
tools
using
a
Self-regulated
Engaged
Framework
have
employed
research
physics
education
can
be
valuable
for
other
disciplines.

there
remains
gap
methodological
guidance
scholars.
Through
systematic
literature
review
TA
from
2014
to
2024
(n
=
30
articles),
study
synthesises
critiques
meaning,
application
limitations
as
discussed
relevant
scholarship.
The
findings
are
used
develop
much-needed
revised
researchers
field
education,
highlighting
significance
practice.

This
study
employs
a
qualitative
methodology
to
investigate
the
implications
of
Romanian
women’s
migration
Italy
for
employment
in
domestic
care
sector.
The
research
is
based
on
in‐depth
interviews
conducted
face
with
20
women
who
have
resided
over
decade,
aim
capturing
details
their
long‐term
integration
processes.
These
interviews,
2022,
specifically
focus
participants’
lived
experiences
and
adaptation
within
Italian
context.
Findings
reveal
that
economic
motivations
are
primary
driver
intertwined
aspirations
personal
familial
advancement.
However,
also
highlights
challenges
faced
by
these
women,
including
precarious
conditions,
emotional
strain
due
family
separation,
complexities
host
society.
Social
networks
transnational
ties
emerge
as
crucial
factors
influencing
both
decision
migrate
subsequent
process.
analysis
underscores
duality
inherent

migration:
While
it
bolsters
economy
offers
opportunities
