Objectives.
Incident
involvement
among
pilots
has
been

human
factor

accidents

pilot

aviation
safety.

time
perspective
(FTP)
found
to
be
protective
in
behaviour.
The
aim
of
this
study
was
explore
the
impact
FTP
on
safe
flight
performance
underlying
mechanisms.
Methods.

examined
with
514
Chinese
civil
pilots;
participants
completed
measurements
regarding
FTP,
vocational
calling,
perceived
organizational
support
(POS)
incident
involvement.
Results.
correlation
analyses
indicated
that
significantly
negatively
associated
involvement,
POS
Mediation
revealed
calling
partially
mediated
link
between
Moderated
mediation
further
moderated
negative
path
Conclusion.
This
reveals
mechanism
maintenance
safety,
which
enriches
research
system
error
prevention
research,
provides
certain
suggestions
culture.
