Systems

Dynamic
Capabilities

study
examines

quality,
goal
conflict,
communication
influence
outcomes
TVET
institutions.
Adopting
pragmatic
stance,
an
abductive
approach,
design
science
methodology,
research
provides
for
stakeholders
optimize
projects.

100
participants,
analyzed
using
structural
equation
modeling,
reveal
that
significantly
enhances
communication,

effectiveness.
