This study examines the relationship between organizational readiness and competitive advantage, with a particular emphasis on function that human capital plays as mediator in Ethiopian small medium-sized businesses (SMEs). In the context of global economic digital transformation and technological innovation, application AI Technology has a profound impact on corporate innovation development. Existing research primarily focused direct effect Corporate Innovation Performance, while there is limited exploration its interaction with organizational learning mechanisms. Based Dynamic Capabilities Theory, this study constructs framework “Technology—Individual Learning Capability—Team Capability—Innovation Performance”, analyzing how enhances capabilities to drive improvements in performance explores moderating role Organizational Capability. Through empirical analysis data from Specialized, Refined, Unique, Innovative Enterprises China, finds that significantly Capability playing critical role. Additionally, heterogeneity indicates factors such as production factors, industry characteristics, firm size influence effectiveness enhancing performance. Innovation is vital in the modern economic environment, as it aims to improve operational efficiency, competitiveness, and sustainability of enterprises. The study aimed examine innovation activity Hungarian small medium-sized enterprises most important factors influencing their innovation. paper employed a questionnaire survey spring 2024. During survey, total 253 companies were interviewed about factors. Based on results, SME sector shows developing tendency. A positive attitude toward increasingly present among SMEs. More than half respondents (53%) believe that plays key role maintaining competitiveness. However, practice, almost two-thirds (58%) managers do not involve employees processes, or only partially, suggesting companies’ decision-making processes remain centralized. Statistical analyses showed neither size nor age significant correlation with research results close relationship between use knowledge transfer.
