Abstract While the concept of compassion has been extensively explored at individual level, this study takes a new approach by examining organizations and, more specifically, capacity from an organizational culture perspective. This develops unique scale through four field studies using exploratory sequential mixed-methods research design. The findings unveil that is multi-dimensional construct with five dimensions: noticing, feeling, responding, collective action, and resource usage-related culture. further discusses theoretical practical implications findings.

Introduction/Objective: this paper examines the influence of personal and social ethics, innovative behaviour, business training, corporate responsibility (CSR) on workplace happiness. By exploring how these interconnected variables shape well-being in professional settings extend into life, research contributes to broader understanding happiness management within organisations. Methodology: a quantitative approach was adopted, utilising covariance-based structural equation modelling (CB-SEM). The study analysed sample 323 employees from industrial sector Baja California, Mexico. Data were collected using validated scales measure CSR, happiness, methodology included exploratory factor analysis (EFA) (SEM) evaluate relationships between variables.
