Background: Digitalization has profoundly impacted the construction sector, offering tools and technologies that promise increased efficiency, accuracy, collaboration. Nevertheless, integration of these digital solutions, notably Building Information Modeling (BIM), can be impeded by a set fundamental barriers known as enablers poverty. These encompass range challenges quantity surveyors face in Lagos State when attempting to embrace BIM other tools. Objective: The objective this study is pinpoint, classify, assess factors enable poverty it comes implementing within community State, Nigeria. By understanding enablers, stakeholders develop targeted strategies alleviate promote inclusion field surveying.
