Little knowledge is available on students’ attitudes and behavioural intentions towards using ChatGPT, a breakthrough innovation in recent times. This study bridges this gap by adding two relevant less-explored constructs (i.e., perceived enjoyment informativeness) to the technology acceptance model illustrating moderating effect of trust ChatGPT. Data was collected from 344 private public university students Bangladesh, with analysis done through structural equation modelling. The results highlight significance usefulness, ease use informativeness understanding ChatGPT for learning, which subsequently predicts their intention it. Interestingly, level triggered once issue came into play, meaning had no substantial impact attitude unless moderates relationship between Implications practice or policy Scholars can get first-hand insights usefulness context education. Purpose Based on the Unified Theory of Acceptance and Use Technology (UTAUT) model, this study aims to explore factors influencing educators’ acceptance utilization chat generative pretrained transformer (ChatGPT) in context higher educational institutions. This additionally examines moderating influence trust association between intention adoption ChatGPT. Design/methodology/approach A structured questionnaire was disseminated 1,214 educators following purposive sampling method. The hypothesized relationships extended UTAUT model constructs ChatGPT were examined using structural equation modeling. Findings results indicate positive impact its use behavior (UB) among educators. Performance expectancy, effort hedonic motivation, facilitating conditions habit have a tool education institutions, However, intend personal capacity are negatively influenced by social groups. Moreover, adopt has larger effect UB due involvement trust. With the continuous evolution of artificial intelligence technology, AI drawing tools have emerged as highly esteemed instruments in modern design industry. These tools, owing to their exceptional performance and innovative features, offer creators an unprecedented artistic experience. However, factors influencing designers’ continuance intention use remain ambiguous. This study is grounded expectation–confirmation model–information systems (ECM-ISC) model, which further refined hypothesized light characteristics tools. Using structural equation modeling, we analyzed 398 valid questionnaire responses. The results elucidated relationships key constructs, such perceived usefulness, ease use, satisfaction, expectation confirmation, playfulness, switching cost, subjective norms, risk, on intention. Notably, traditionally considered vital, did not result a significant influence or usefulness this research. insight offers new perspectives for tool developers designers, suggesting that while pursuing user friendliness, broader considerations affecting decisions should be taken into account. only enriches theoretical framework but also provides valuable guidance practical field.
