Purpose This study investigates the impact of top management’s networking capabilities on organizational and absorptive capacities small medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) in Puerto Rico. aims to enhance understanding how management influences behaviors that drive SME performance. Design/methodology/approach Data were collected from Rican SMEs analyzed using multi-item reflective indicators a five-point Likert scale. Partial least squares structural equation modeling was used test hypotheses explore relationships between capacities. Findings The finds are predominantly reactive, significantly impacting information acquisition, opportunity enabling weak-tie resource mobilization. Both potential realized critical for leverage resources competitive advantage. This study aimed to address the problem of low production rates in double glazing process Al Ittihad Company, which initially stood at 170 m2/shift (8 hours). Purpose The purpose of this study is to investigate the influence external enablers (EEs) – factors that are exogenous and independent actors on rate new venture creation (NVC) in digital entrepreneurship.
