E-participation has become a new potential factor for improving voice and accountability through the introduction of digital services transformation governance. However, path its theoretical interpretation are still unclear, actual effect lacks empirical verification. Drawing on concept digital-era governance, this study explored how e-participation can theoretically improve country's accountability. Empirical verification was performed using ordinary least squares method with sample data from 182 countries. The results show that global positively affects in three channels: e-information, e-consultation, e-decision. Moreover, effects more pronounced developed countries than developing This identifies explanations to accountability, provides practical implications information technology be used achieve inclusive meaningful participation.
