Purpose This study investigates the impact of top management’s networking capabilities on organizational and absorptive capacities small medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) in Puerto Rico. aims to enhance understanding how management influences behaviors that drive SME performance. Design/methodology/approach Data were collected from Rican SMEs analyzed using multi-item reflective indicators a five-point Likert scale. Partial least squares structural equation modeling was used test hypotheses explore relationships between capacities. Findings The finds are predominantly reactive, significantly impacting information acquisition, opportunity enabling weak-tie resource mobilization. Both potential realized critical for leverage resources competitive advantage. Research limitations/implications Further research is needed these findings apply other regions or industries expand role proactive enhancing competitiveness. Purpose This study investigates the influences of socioeconomic, familial and personal, cultural, organizational technological factors on succession planning within family businesses (FBs). Purpose This study aims to assess the impact of technopreneurial self-efficacy, education and technological optimism on Generation Z students’ intentions engage in technopreneurship South Africa.
