Purpose This study analyses the actors and transactions in value network of circular near-site utilisation materials generated demolition buildings. The aims to increase knowledge such networks thus enable more efficient project planning construction design from point view material use. Design/methodology/approach A multiple case methodology with semi-structured interviews was utilised. Four cases were chosen for analysis, 60 identified between actors. categorised based on their position find out how different types create each other network. Findings actor categories discovered: legislative, ownership finance, operational intermediary. These have – legislative boundaries business- environment, finance intermediary actors, which opportunities business collaboration. findings complement previous studies show that macro-scale models economy implementation are also applicable meso-scale. Furthermore, missing or severed found hinder creation Originality/value article provides novel insights into materials, especially terms utilisation, suggests developing means optimise use a demolition/construction setting.
