Purpose To explain the perception of post-pandemic managers concerning two critical factors collaborative management in supply chain – information exchange and risk sharing how these affect (RM) decision-making. Design/methodology/approach This study used correlational research supported by collected through a survey applied to 243 companies. Purpose This study aims to empirically investigate the impacts of a supplier’s position within extended supply network on chain resilience and moderating effects speed operational processes in e-commerce chains.
