Introduction This study explores the intricate relationships among psychological capital, emotional intelligence, safety, and knowledge sharing e-commerce practitioners. Grounded in social exchange theory, research aims to fill a gap literature by focusing on factors influencing fast-paced highly competitive industry. Methods used snowball purposive sampling collect 439 valid online questionnaires from professionals Guangdong, Zhejiang, Jiangsu, China. The survey, conducted October November 2023, explored between sharing. Data were analyzed using structural equation modeling (SEM) with AMOS 26.0. Results path model revealed significant positive correlations capital both intelligence ( β = 0.494, p < 0.001) safety 0.297, 0.001). Emotional was significantly positively related 0.513, 0.452, Psychological also correlated 0.311, Bootstrap analysis indicated that mediate relationship (standardized indirect effect 0.394, 0.01). Discussion Based findings of this study, key recommendation is implement targeted interventions aimed at enhancing Specifically, developing training programs focused building resilience, self-efficacy, hope, optimism can improve employees’ capital. Purpose Building resilience in food supply chains is considered vital to tackle disruptions and ensure the availability of food. This study aims empirically explore how firms operating can develop dynamic capabilities use digital technologies address disruption. Design/methodology/approach A multiple case methodology was adopted understand built by developing capabilities. Twenty-five semi-structured interviews were conducted with four companies gather data across various functional areas (sourcing, operations logistics). Findings Results show that knowledge management a key antecedent The development such − sensing, seizing transforming, along adoption enabled and, hence, build resilience. E-commerce platform-based supply chains have emerged as efficient and widely used channels for the distribution of agricultural products, with low-carbon capable reducing carbon footprint these products from initial to terminal stage, which has led their increasing adoption by consumers. Based on major e-commerce platforms in China, combined an extended technology acceptance model, this study examines factors affecting chain product consumers platforms. The results showed that consumers’ perceived risk, usefulness, attitude all influence behavior, effect being greatest. Furthermore, usefulness is stronger than risk. Moreover, affected mainly price, technical utility, green behavior tendency, subjective norms, whereas risk information display dissemination, tendency. This provides valuable insights better understand needs consumers, improve market competitiveness, enhance awareness willingness adopting approaches, can promote sustainable development chains.
