This paper examined the status of lean manufacturing implementation in food and beverage SMEs selected two regions through tools integrated outputs achieved. The study employed a mixed method approach. Qualitative quantitative designs were used to inform analysis. cluster random sampling with sample 120 industries consisting different small medium processing industries. We descriptive statistics Index Relative Importance rank indicators for both output. Factor analysis was also identify underlying relationships variables implementation. Results show that majority have adopted implemented work standardization presences operation procedures avoid variations; followed by Statistical Process Control. Also, out seventeen indicators, five are highly most increasing process utilization, efficiency quality improvement remaining twelve not implemented. Further, results revealed that, defective products reduced after tools, reduction inappropriate products. It is recommended order areas improvement, necessary industry sustainability, must do assessments, monitoring evaluation mechanisms ensure continuous practices. tailoring strategies specific sectors within very important.
