In underwater environments, the accurate estimation of state features for passive object is a critical aspect various applications, including robotics, surveillance, and environmental monitoring. This study presents an innovative neuro computing approach instantaneous reckoning marine following dynamic Markov chains. paper introduces potential intelligent Bayesian regularization backpropagation (IBRBNC) precise object. The proposed paradigm combines power artificial neural network with technique to address challenges associated noisy limited sensor data. IBRBNC leverages deep networks focus on model complex relationships in environment. Furthermore, introduced incorporate prior knowledge mitigate overfitting, enhancing model’s robustness generalization capabilities. dual results highly adaptive system capable accurately estimating real-time. To evaluate efficacy this approach, controlled supervised maneuvering trajectory constructed. Real-time estimations location, velocity, turn rate target are scrutinized across five distinct scenarios by varying Gaussian observed noise’s standard deviation, aiming minimize mean square errors (MSEs) between real estimated values. effectiveness demonstrated through extensive simulations experimental trials.
