healthcare
sector
has
witnessed
a
rapid
digitization
of

leading
to
an
exponential
increase
in
the
volume

sensitivity
data.However,
ensuring
security
privacy
this
data
emerged
as
critical
challenge
due
evolving
landscape
cyber
threats.To
address
challenge,
novel
approach
that
combines
scalability
cloud
computing
with
immutability
transparency
blockchain
technology
achieve
robust
for
data.The
proposed
hybrid
storage
framework
leverages
advantages
both
establish
secure
efficient
management
system.In
framework,
sensitive
is
encrypted
stored
on
distributed
servers
ensure
high
availability
reliability.Additionally,
blockchain-based
ledger
employed
record
access
logs
maintain
tamper-proof
audit
trail
transactions.The
integration
enables
transparent
accountable
sharing
among
authorized
parties
while
preserving
confidentiality.The
results
indicate
model
offers
superior
resilience
against
various
threats,
including
