This
study
examines
the
relationship
between
work
climate
and
organizational
commitment
within
a
financial
institution
using
cross-sectional
quantitative
approach.

staff
members
participated,

through
purposive
sampling.

Climate
Scale
Organizational
Commitment
Questionnaire,
ensuring

reliability
validity.
Results
indicate
that

dimensions
climate,

as
autonomy,
equity,
transparency,
are
significantly
associated
with
employee
engagement
loyalty.

gender
differences
were
observed,
women
reporting
higher
levels
affective
compared
to
men.
