This study examines the relationship between work climate and organizational commitment within a financial institution using cross-sectional quantitative approach. A total of 200 administrative staff members participated, selected through purposive sampling. Data collection was conducted validated instruments: CL-SPC Work Climate Scale Organizational Commitment Questionnaire, ensuring robust reliability validity. Results indicate that specific dimensions climate, such as autonomy, equity, transparency, are significantly associated with employee engagement loyalty.
