Integrated health profile (IHP) utilizes the power of blockchain technology and smart contracts to construct a decentralized tamper-proof platform for storing sharing records. Ensuring security removing all vulnerabilities from accessing doctor-patient data remotely aims reduce patient wait times chances incorrect pre-consultation data. In IHP system, every is linked with unique identifier, their records this identifier are stored securely. Everyone gets access personal card, which plays pivotal role in entire framework. It consists database records, including but not limited reports, prescriptions, medical bills, insurance receipts. Each card's printed on physical card QR code it. When scanned by practitioner, request validated using an OTP-based two-factor authentication. Upon successful verification, controls what subset practitioner would be able access. This gives control over privacy Implementation framework reduces manual questioning time waiting at center receptions. Overall, it various administrative tasks eliminates need have, keep, carry improving operational productivity. done harnessing strength application programming interfaces (APIs) that connect customer-centric applications (CCAs) used customers discover facilities service provider (MSPs) fulfill service. Real-time information fetched via APIs, giving CCAs real-time MSPs helping demands scale.

This manuscript examines the transformative potential of integrating blockchain and artificial intelligence (AI) to enhance healthcare supply chain management, focusing on combating counterfeit drugs improving product traceability. Current systems are susceptible cyberattacks fail guarantee drug authenticity, posing significant risks patient safety. Blockchain technology offers a robust solution by creating an immutable transparent record entire chain, from manufacturing delivery, enabling verification origin handling at each step. Smart contracts automate these verifications, ensuring compliance minimizing errors. Integrating AI with further amplifies benefits. algorithms analyze data identify patterns, predict disruptions, optimize efficiency. Furthermore, provides secure platform for medical storage, supporting AI-driven e-health models.

Background: Healthcare information systems are hindered by delayed data sharing, privacy breaches, and lack of patient control over data. The growing need for secure, privacy-preserved access interoperable in health informatics technology (HIT) appeals to solutions such as Blockchain (BC), which offers a decentralized, transparent, immutable ledger architecture. However, its current adoption remains limited conceptual or proofs-of-concept (PoCs), often relying on simulated datasets rather than validated real-world scenarios, necessitating further research into pragmatic applications their benchmarking. Objective: This systematic literature review (SLR) aims analyze BC-based healthcare implementations benchmarking peer-reviewed studies turning PoCs production insights evaluation metrics. Unlike prior SLRs focusing proposed models, simulations, limited-scale deployments, this focuses validating practical BC settings beyond PoCs. Methods: Adhering PRISMA-2020 guidelines, we systematically searched five major databases (Scopus, Web Science, PubMed, IEEE Xplore, ScienceDirect) high-precision relevant using MeSH terms related healthcare. designed protocol was registered with OSF, ensuring transparency the process, including study screening independent reviewers, eligibility, quality assessment, extraction synthesis. Results: In total, 82 original fully met eligibility criteria narratively reported outcomes. These highlight challenges addressed settings, providing both qualitative quantitative synthesis effectiveness. Conclusions: show effectiveness, advancements areas drug traceability (up 100%) fraud prevention (95% reduction). We also discussed recent more attention area, along discussion mythological consideration our own work. Our future should focus addressing scalability, privacy-preservation, security, integration, ethical frameworks widespread data-driven

Purpose This study aims to identify several perspectives that affect the adoption of blockchain technology in India (BCTA) and evaluate their impact. To sector’s influence on impact BCTA performance Indian healthcare supply chain (HSCP) using as a mediating variable. Design/methodology/approach In this study, we first developed conceptual model based Organizational Information Processing Theory Technology-Organization-Environment, then formulated hypotheses. Based this, questionnaire was developed, data were gathered from experts industry who familiar with technology. AMOS 19 used analyze structural equation modelling. Findings All factors have significant positive BCTA. Healthcare influenced most dominantly, followed by technological, environmental, organizational record-keeping unit factors. Both public private sectors HSCP benefited significantly Practical implications research work is fruitful for practitioners, top management, academicians policymakers assessing BCTA’s HSCP. Originality/value We attempted possible variable considering different holistic view context add work’s originality.
