Robotic process automation (RPA) has become a considerable part of corporate digital transformation with focus on processes efficiency and productivity improvement. Authors consider the importance RPA implementation, how to select evaluate business as candidates for robotization calculate effects from robotization. At given essay authors propose complex approach based two scientific frameworks, including Capability Maturity Model Integration (CMMI) robotic types model (initial, improved or smart). Business evaluation 5-dimension (5D): benefits, technology readiness, usability, organization readiness return investment. Considered methodologies frameworks have been assessed through their practical application at specific robotized in Rosatom. 2-NDFL reference generation taken assessment. The was 2019, required 2.8 mln.Rub.for investment, resulted crucial time reduction 24 hr. 4.5 min. provided 22.3 mln.Rub.of NPV 3 months payback period.
