Obtaining the ideal particle size is a vital factor in dust processes, from turning wheat into flour to cement and calcite production. However, technology measure instantaneously during production phase still an area under development. These measurements made with electro-optical methods have limited use industry due their difficulties excessive costs. Studies conducted innovative acoustic emission sensors offer new hopes detection. can successfully dimensions of wide range materials, coal metal powders grass particles. Our study shows that these also light particles instantaneously. Using developed method, five types mixtures ranges 0-80 µm, 80-118 118-150 150-180 µm 180-212 could be measured classified 100% success. Considering its potential increase efficiency milling process, this revolutionize industry.
