With the rapid development of metaverse, designing effective interfaces in virtual and augmented environments presents significant challenges. Additionally, keeping real-time sensory data flowing from users to their avatars a seamless accurate manner is one biggest challenges this domain. To end, article investigates telepresence suit as an interface for interaction within metaverse its avatars, aiming address complexities signal generation, conversion, transmission systems. We model framework that systematically generates state transmits it end-points, which can be either robotic or representations environment. Through hand movement study, we successfully minimized volume transmitted information, reducing traffic by over 50%, directly decreased channel load packet delivery delay. For instance, decreases 0.8 0.4, delay reduced approximately half. This optimization not only enhances system responsiveness but also improves accuracy, particularly delays errors high-priority paths, enabling more precise reliable interactions settings.

Abstract The Metaverse, an interconnected, immersive, and persistent multi-user environment blending physical digital realities, has transformative potential for society but also poses significant risks individuals, businesses, the environment. This study addresses research gap in understanding these multifaceted implications by employing integrated approach. Initially, a literature review explores opportunities presented Metaverse. We then focus on to six sets of fundamental rights, analyzing existing legal standards their applicability through doctrinal analysis socio-legal research. frameworks included this are General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), Charter Fundamental Rights European Union, Digital Services Act (DSA), EU AI (AIA). Finally, mitigate identified risks, we provide dual-pronged recommendations that combine regulatory measures technological strategies. serves as white paper, mapping Metaverse landscape providing actionable insights policymakers, industry stakeholders, technology developers. Our findings emphasize need comprehensive approach integrates robust with cutting-edge technical safeguards ensure responsible sustainable development.

The metaverse is currently undergoing a profound transformation, fundamentally reshaping our perception of reality. It has transcended its origins to become an expansion human consciousness, seamlessly blending the physical and virtual worlds. Amidst this transformative evolution, numerous applications are striving mould into digital counterpart capable delivering immersive human-like experiences. These envisage future where users effortlessly traverse between dimensions. Taking step forward, affective computing technologies can be utilised identify users' emotional cues convey authentic emotions, enhancing genuine, meaningful, context-aware interactions in world. In paper, we explore how integrating intelligence enhance traditional metaverse, birthing emotionally intelligent (EIM). Our work illuminates multifaceted potential EIM across diverse sectors, including healthcare, education, gaming, automotive, customer service, resources, marketing, urban cyberspace. Through examination these uncover infusing enriches user experiences within metaverse. Nonetheless, journey riddled with challenges, address obstacles hindering realisation EIM's full potential. By doing so, lay groundwork for research endeavours aimed at further refining captivating world EIM.

Virtual geographic environments long simulated real-world scenarios in urban planning, monument preservation, city infrastructure management, education, and entertainment. Their web-based visualisation distribution made these widely accessible. However, many systems remain static, lacking real-time data integration multi-user collaboration, while virtual worlds designed for the Metaverse emphasise dynamic interaction yet often omit essential geospatial context. Bridging this gap is critical advancing into next generation. In paper, we present a modular system architecture applications demonstrating over web. Our goal to provide generic, well-structured framework that exposes classes interfaces needed building 3D with at their core. work focuses on defining specific components, methods, classes, form foundation of modern environment era. The proposed organised three layers: access, world, integration, which together enable accurate mapping sensor data, digital twin synchronisation, support location-based services. analysis reveals most current solutions excel either or they rarely combine both. contrast, our model delivers enhanced focus, interoperability between physical realms. Overall, lays solid future innovations creating immersive, interactive, geospatially grounded experiences web, marking an important step evolution
