This work introduces a novel DC/DC converter with an incredibly high voltage gain, specifically designed for renewable energy generating systems. The proposed circuit features coupled inductor integrated quadratic boost and multiplier cell to achieve substantial step-up in gain. Ultra-high minimum reverse recovery diodes, low stress on switching devices, continuous input current, shared ground between the source output load are some of this topology's key features. design reduces power dissipation magnetic components by distributing DC current additional inductor. Additionally, regenerative clamp circuits alleviate stresses switches during simultaneous switching. Theoretical analysis covering operating principle, steady-state behavior, efficiency is discussed detail. An evaluation suggested performance conducted using 250-W, 25-V/400-V lab prototype.
