Internet of Things (IoT) enabled WBAN systems play a crucial role in healthcare monitoring, enhancing patients' well-being at an affordable cost.However, their primary challenge lies energy constraints.To optimize the limited resources and extend lifetime devices within network, multi-channel MAC protocol with Markov decision process (MDP-HYMAC) is proposed.This improves efficiency, throughput, network lifetime, minimizes delays by using separate channels for communication between biomedical access points (APs).In addition, employed to stochastically model systems' transition states explore optimal strategies APs.Furthermore, adaptive power allocation scheme, time-slot back-off strategy are designed minimize wastage, consumption, delays.The proposed outperforms baseline methods achieving significant improvements efficiency from 4% 22%.The findings this research strongly indicate that has potential significantly improve performance systems, particularly context sustainable monitoring.
