With the development of sensing, wireless communication, and real-time computing technologies, vehicles are gradually becoming more intelligent. To provide safe autonomous mobility services, connected (CAVs) need to obtain complete information about their environment process it in make driving decisions. However, rapid increase data volume puts pressure on CAVs tasks real time. This survey analyzes delay optimization from perception layer, communication computation cross-layer.
