In today’s business world, small and medium enterprises (SMEs) are increasingly dedicated to social responsibility environmental sustainability, gaining recognition from communities, investors, customers who view them as socially environmentally conscious. Thus, this research examines how Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) orientation, commitment, participation affect strategic performance (SBP) of SMEs in hospitality sectors, along with the potential mediation function CSR engagements. In today’s volatile global market, supply chain performance is vital for maintaining business success, especially in Jordan, where companies face regulatory limitations, import dependence, and political uncertainty. The purpose of this study to assess how strategic elements within chains contribute outcomes whether their impact varies by firm size industry. A cross-sectional survey was conducted between September December 2024 targeting firms across key economic sectors. Using a stratified sampling method, 366 (152 small, 114 medium, 100 large enterprises) manufacturing, retail, pharmaceuticals, other industries were selected. This sample chosen ensure diversity structure resource capacity, making it suitable examining size- sector-specific effects. Data analyzed using partial least squares structural equation modeling multi-group analysis. Introduction: This quantitative study investigates the dynamic marketing capabilities of small and medium enterprises (SMEs) in Lao PDR, using resource-based view theory (RBV) capability (DMC) as theoretical frameworks.
