Abstract
Information
and
communication
technologies
(ICTs)
education
are
largely
believed
to
be
two
significant
predictors
of
uplifting
environmental
quality
by
providing
opportunities

economic,
social,

all.
Thus,
this
inquiry

ICTs

five

countries
