This study was aimed at extracting, characterizing, and exploring the detoxification activity of peptide-containing polysaccharide from Agaricus balchaschensis. An anion adsorption fraction acquired through hot water extraction. Its structure analyzed, potential protective effect against cadmium-intoxicated mice explored. Structural analysis revealed that principal component A. balchaschensis (ABPCP) is polysaccharide, which consists glucose, mannose, galactose, xylose, containing (1 → 4)-linked α-D-glucan, 3)-linked β-D-Glcp, 6)-linked β-D-Manp, β-D-Galp, β-D-xylan. The amino acid content ABPCP 11.747 mg/g. Threonine, serine, glutamate, glycine, alanine, cysteine, valine, methionine, lysine, arginine were detected in ABPCP, among glutamate highest. alleviating on cadmium poisoning investigated. significantly reduced serum heart, kidneys, liver, indicates could promote discharge. also decreased nitric oxide, endothelin-1, urea, uric acid, creatinine, kidney liver damage caused by cadmium. All these results manifest can lower organs alleviate to kidneys livers damaged Cd.

Due to the restricts of treatment methods and high costs, waste tobacco materials are usually discarded, which leads resources environmental pollution. Present work used leaves as carbon source produce polysaccharide (CGP-TL) by Chaetomium globosum CGMCC 6882 via submerged fermentation. CGP-TL yield was 1.62 ± 0.35 g/L, contents carbohydrate protein in were 91.73% 6.49% 5.51% 0.84%. Structural characterization showed composed rhamnose, arabinose, galactose, glucose, mannose xylose a molar ratio 9.9688: 6.8482: 19.6045: 29.4448: 0.8033: 0.5874. Meanwhile, its weight-average molecular weight, number-average weight polydispersity 286.035 kDa, 118.146 kDa 2.421, respectively. In vitro antioxidant analysis scavenged DPPH, ABTS, hydroxyl superoxide radicals positively correlated concentration, corresponding scavenging effects at 2.5 mg/mL 75.53% 1.89%, 96.24% 2.32%, 52.91% 2.28% 65.26% 2.47%. Furthermore, not only improved antioxidative status RAW 264.7 cells, but also exerted oxidative repairing on H2O2-damaged cells increasing levels SOD, CAT GSH-Px, reducing MDA level. Overall, this will provide references for green efficient utilization cellulose resources.
