ABSTRACT Objective As the body's largest organ, skin plays a crucial role in defending against external stressors. Skin characteristics change with age, decreasing barrier integrity and compromising body health. This study aimed to investigate potential of topical formulation containing OS‐01 (a.k.a. Peptide 14), senotherapeutic peptide, counteract age‐related changes their systemic consequences. Methods A randomized, double‐blinded clinical trial involving 60 female volunteers aged 60–90 was conducted over 12 weeks. Participants received either an or commercially available moisturizer control formulation. parameters, subjective perceptions, circulating cytokine levels were assessed. instrumental analysis included transepidermal water loss (TEWL), hydration, pH measurements. Results treated OS ‐01 displayed significantly improved function hydration compared group. Participant perceptions aligned objective findings: after weeks, 70% participants group noticed improvement general appearance versus 42% for The proinflammatory cytokines tended normalize, significant decrease IL‐8 blood from On other hand, demonstrated increase few cytokines, particularly TNF ‐ɑ IFN ‐γ. Moreover, GlycanAge measuring participants' biological age suggested slowing aging Conclusion suggests that can impact health by improving function, potentially influencing inflammation age. In conclusion, supports targeting may contribute better longevity outcomes, underscoring skin's pivotal supporting integrated approach management.
