Within the last two decades, many studies have addressed clinical phenomenon of Internet-use disorders, with a particular focus on Internet-gaming disorder. Based previous theoretical considerations and empirical findings, we suggest an Interaction Person-Affect-Cognition-Execution (I-PACE) model specific disorders. The I-PACE is framework for processes underlying development maintenance addictive use certain Internet applications or sites promoting gaming, gambling, pornography viewing, shopping, communication. composed as process model. We propose an updated version of the Interaction Person-Affect-Cognition-Execution (I-PACE) model, which we argue to be valid for several types addictive behaviors, such as gambling, gaming, buying-shopping, and compulsive sexual behavior disorders. Based on recent empirical findings theoretical considerations, that behaviors develop a consequence interactions between predisposing variables, affective cognitive responses specific stimuli, executive functions, inhibitory control decision-making.
