Peer assessment can support the development of professionalism by providing feedback that enables learners to reflect on their professional behavioural attributes.We developed and implemented an innovative online peer tool. Students were encouraged nominate 12 assessors anonymously conduct assessment. Assessors presented with a list 32 adjectives described attributes within four domains (integrity, conscientiousness, agreeableness resilience) asked rate student selecting minimum two in each domain provide free-text comments. The was as collated word cloud All students had opportunity discuss profiles staff member.Our mixed-methods evaluation found all participated, they valued process. Although formative confidential, reluctant negative comments about peers. 'Disengaged', 'aloof' 'argumentative' most likely indicated low-level concerns.Future will focus introducing who act champions for process repeating over time identify change development.
