Athlete performance and post-load recovery can be considered one of the most important actively discussed topics in professional sport. One substance aimed at improving is cannabidiol (CBD), which has been gaining popularity with several studies published recent years. The PubMed, Scopus, Cochrane Library databases were searched from inception to April 2024 according PRISMA recommendations identify on effects CBD exercise capacity recovery.
