Digital technology, acting as an engine for industrial development, propels the rapid integration of data elements and swift iteration digital logistics significantly enhancing logistic resilience. Exploring impact technology on resilience helps strengthen latter’s ability to withstand external shocks. Based correlation between industry, this study measured their levels in 275 Chinese prefecture-level cities from 2011 2020, showing that former improved latter, a conclusion which remained valid after robustness tests. The mechanism analysis results showed promoting collaborative agglomeration was important part process, while threshold model found had nonlinear characteristics. heterogeneity test significant resilience-promoting effect eastern northern coastal regions, well middle reaches Yellow Yangtze Rivers. Accordingly, it is necessary accelerate with industry formulate differentiated development strategies. This provides theoretical foundation exploring relationship resilience, policy recommendations.

The impact of spatial structure on the Urban-Rural income gap varies across regions and scales. Much current literature focuses urban agglomerations, highlighting need for more in-depth exploration specific regions. Using LandScan population data, this paper investigates from perspective monocentricity polycentricity, investigating their respective impacts mechanisms in Northeast China. findings are as follows: (1) development a monocentric China significantly reduces gap, conclusion verified through robustness testing. (2) A mediation effect test confirms that by increasing labor productivity. (3) also has positive spillover effects, reducing inequality between rural areas neighboring Further relationship is crucial achieving shared prosperity. Additionally, research provides policy support developing novel framework land use planning conservation.

ABSTRACT As globalization and informatization progress, businesses have transitioned from solely pursuing economic interests to actively embracing social responsibility. However, in‐depth exploration of the marginal effect urban policies on corporate responsibility (CSR) disclosure is still relatively limited. This paper employs establishment cross‐border e‐commerce comprehensive pilot areas as a quasi‐natural experiment investigate impact these CSR underlying mechanisms. It found that significantly promote by increasing industry competition strengthening external supervision pressure. The heterogeneity analysis grouping tests shows attributes high‐tech heavily polluting industries strengthen policy effect. generalized random forest algorithm reveals conditional average treatment (CATE) finds firm characteristics do not exhibit simple linear relationship with CATE. These findings offer theoretical practical implications for policymakers managers aiming foster sustainable business practices.

With the implementation of rural revitalization strategy, e-commerce has become an essential means promoting economic development and increasing farmers’ income. However, varies significantly among different regions. Based on perspective “three areas”, this study constructs a capability measurement system centered readiness, utilization, influence. It adopts panel vector autoregressive model to identify key influencing factors. Through exploratory spatiotemporal data analysis (ESTDA) method, dynamic characteristics capacity interaction relationship between provinces regions are revealed. The shows that (1) China’s gained significant improvement from 2011 2022, but provincial polarization is evident, with eastern central leading western marginal lagging; decreasing pattern east northeastern (2) region active development, stable spatial structure, solid correlation, which creates linkage effect. strong internal dependence, district cross-regional effect beginning emerge, low-development challenging leap higher level in short term; (3) network several positive synergistic relationship, it consideration for high-quality strengthen regional cooperation realize complementary advantages. results provide theoretical basis formulating differentiated policies, can help enhance synergy narrow gap.
