This review highlights promising studies based on medical invasive intervention methods, as well their combinations, can potentially improve clinical treatment failures. Chronic endometritis (CE) is a persistent inflammatory condition of the endometrium characterized by abnormal infiltration plasma cells into endometrial stroma. Frequently associated with repeated implantation failure, recurrent pregnancy loss, and infertility, CE significantly impacts women's health, contributing to conditions such as uterine bleeding endometriosis. Treatment typically involves antibiotic therapy; however, efficacy these treatments increasingly compromised rise antimicrobial resistance (AMR). This paper examines critical links between AMR CE, proposing strategies enhance clinical management optimize treatment outcomes.

To explore the application value of low molecular weight heparin combined with in patients chorionic bump early pregnancy. This retrospective study collected 86 cases pregnancy complicated by treated our hospital from January 2020 to February 2022. According treatment methods, were divided into group (n=41) and control (n=45). Patients oral prednisone injection, while received no additional treatment. The changes differences size, serum hormone levels, uterine artery blood flow parameters before at 1 month 2 months after compared between two groups. outcomes adverse reaction rates also analyzed. At treatment, average size was significantly smaller than (P<0.05). Two levels E2, P, LH higher, FSH level lower those RI group, although S/D ratio higher it still that incidence (χ²/P=5.469/0.019). There significant difference reactions groups (χ²/P=0.613/0.434). Prednisone can effectively reduce bump, improve parameters, ultimately risk bump. approach has reliable clinical safety holds potential for broader such patients.
