ABSTRACT Circular products are among the most promising options for sustainable consumption. However, it is not always foolproof that diverse stakeholders would be inclined to choose them. While researchers have lately increased their focus on determining which factors affect circular product purchases, drivers differ between corporate buyers and final consumers remains unclear. Drawing subjective norms construct, rooted in theory of planned behavior, this study identifies elements influence consumer buyers' buying behavior. First, we advance mediating role information seeking conditioning products' purchasing Corporate proved more exposed norms, preferring seek proving trust towards brands' communication about products. Secondly, tested moderating introducing an ecolabel showcases a circularity score. We conducted four studies, three paper one appendix, relying CB‐SEM from surveys experimental designs. As result, delivers insightful implications academics, practitioners policymakers by shedding light different demeanors compared regarding purchases.

ABSTRACT Seeking a successful balance between economic growth and the natural environment, more companies are attempting to embrace circular economy (CE). Yet, how take first step towards transition? This study answers such meaningful question by delving into innovation management support implementation of CE in businesses. In detail, present research addresses nexus green organisations, besides observing adoption open strategies. Green innovation, understood as learning process through adopting novel practices, technologies or products, has been associated with implementation, although their effective relationship typically overlooked assumed. On other hand, may further accelerate circular‐oriented encompassing collaborative approach where leverage external ideas technologies. Using covariance‐based structural equation modelling on sample 318 European companies, our examines interplay phenomena. We find that product enable acquire essential resources implement especially when relying upon mechanisms. As result, this demonstrated synergic these strategies, offering new insights based generalisable claims. Building resource‐based view firm, we substantiate importance environmental awareness stakeholders' engagement processes, strategic critical knowledge facilitate implementation. Accordingly, article delivers practical recommendations for managerial figures underlining harness move steps transition.

This study aims to examine the influence of individual and organizational factors on implementation circular economy (CE) practices in SMEs Bangladesh. A non-probability sampling technique is utilized select a sample 280 respondents from textile leather industries. Data are collected through survey assessing such as environmental consciousness innovation propensity, well including leadership commitment training development programs. frequency table used give respondents’ details, skewness kurtosis conducted find data normality. Reliability validity analyses ensure robustness measurement instruments. correlation matrix generated relationships between variables, followed by multiple regression analysis test hypothesized relationships. The preliminary findings indicate significant CE practices. reveals that both sets contribute significantly explaining variance implementation. results consciousness, commitment, programs emerge predictors within these offers valuable insights sheds light role shaping sustainable explanatory literature implementation, providing empirical evidence inform policymaking business strategies aimed at promoting sustainability SME sector beyond.

Following calls for more research on the circular economy and open innovation, this study sheds light scant mechanisms influencing relationship between innovation business circularity. This theorizes that achieving circularity requires a radical shift, those exploitative activities may not be an effective strategy transition. Therefore, circular-based dynamic capabilities ambidexterity are proposed as moderated-mediation explain employs quantitative approach to examine hypothesized relationships. Data were purposively collected from owners managers of marble manufacturing units due significant amount waste generated by these units. A total 292 valid responses analyzed using SmartPLS version 4.1.0.5. The results revealed combined effect stimulates ambidexterity, which in turn leads signifies complementary role foster implementation empirically confirmed application three frameworks into single new structure called resource-based view, has been neglected previous literature. concluded organization’s resources, capabilities, competencies, when harmoniously with strategies, could lead
