ABSTRACT In recent years, proteolysis targeting chimera (PROTAC) technology has made significant progress in the field of drug development. Traditional drugs mainly focus on inhibiting or activating specific proteins, while PROTAC provides new ideas for treating various diseases by inducing degradation target proteins.
