Alveolar ridge preservation (ARP) limits dimensional changes in alveolar bone after extraction. This study aims to evaluate tissue response biphasic-calcium-phosphate ceramics (BCP) with different hydration methodologies used for ARP. Sixty patients willing treatment were randomly allocated into two test groups and control. Test group-1 (n = 20) received graft hydrated saline ARP, whereas group-2 blood. Abstract Background The proposed technique utilizes the osteoconductive regenerative properties of bone‐substitute materials (BSMs) and space‐maintaining function titanium mesh to restore alveolar ridge at extraction sites with lost labial plates in a single procedure. This approach may reduce need for extensive augmentation procedures, shorten treatment duration, minimize complications, potentially lower overall costs patients. Methods Both patients presented hopeless dentition, characterized by chronic infection loss plates.
