Current research has identified features of the prosthetic design with potential to significantly impact long-term health peri-implant tissues, while choice components is also shown be critical in an effort reduce complications implant therapy. Overcontouring prosthesis emergence profile been associated marginal bone loss, recession and peri-implantitis, mucosal angle have a strong association tissue inflammation. Further elements interest include convexity/concavity restoration, connection different geometric configurations junctions, as well dimensions. With regards components, between original third-party-manufactured might come implications, differences material microgeometry precision fit overall performance, potentially leading complications. This study aimed to investigate the combined effect of trans-mucosal abutment height (TmAH) and restorative emergence angle (REA) on marginal bone loss (MBL) around bone-level implants. Implant radiographs 12-18 months after crown placement (T0) at least one year later (T1) were retrospectively analyzed. Sites separated into four groups: Long/Narrow-Angle (LN) with TmAH > 2 mm REA < 30°, Long/Wide-Angle (LW) ≥ Short/Narrow-Angle (SN) Short/Wide-Angle (SW) 30°. MBL was calculated, multiple linear regression analysis performed control for patient-level implant/prosthesis-level factors. 192 implants pertaining 119 patients included. Group significantly influenced experience (p 0.001). Precise surgical positioning according to a digital plan is important for aesthetic and biologically stable dental implant restorations. This randomized controlled trial compared placement assisted by robotic surgery (RS), dynamic navigation (DN), or 3-dimensional printed static guide (SG). An overall 45 patients with missing tooth in the premolar/molar region were randomly assigned 1 of 3 groups. Implant positional accuracy (primary outcome), early wound healing, soft tissue microcirculation, patient-reported outcome measures, surgeon preference measured calibrated blind examiners. One adverse event occurred DN RS. In RS (

ABSTRACT Objectives Variations in transmucosal abutment contour design may affect the outcomes of implant therapy. This randomized controlled trial was primarily aimed at testing effect that CAD/CAM zirconia abutments with either a concave or linear divergent morphology have on peri‐implant mucosal dynamics and indicators health 1 year after final implant‐supported prosthesis insertion anterior maxilla. Materials Methods Following computer‐guided placement osseointegration, eligible subjects were into experimental (concave morphology) control (linear group. A comprehensive set interest related to soft tissue dynamics, phenotypical features, assessed different time points over 1‐year period restoration. Results Out 60 initially recruited subjects, total 54 completed study ( n = 29 group concave/ 25 group). Overall survival restoration rates between master impression 12 months 100% 98.2%, respectively. Although trend for coronal migration buccal mucosa zenith, gain thickness, increased probing depth bleeding observed both groups, these changes clinically negligible, no substantial differences groups regardless variations morphology. Conclusion The use custom screw‐retained, delayed loading approach yielded significant differences.
