Renewable energy (RE) is one of the keys to achieving global goal net-zero carbon emissions by 2050. Understanding factors influencing public participation behavior and social acceptance in RE management (REM) thus essential a sustainable transition embraced communities stakeholders. This study aims assess nine indicators REM across three dimensions through lens, employing an importance–performance analysis. Our findings reveal significant gap between perceived importance performance various components, suggesting dissatisfaction among respondents. Furthermore, highest priority for improvement was given following strategies: “strengthening communication with residents”, “reducing air pollution from power plants”, “establishing supervision mechanisms”, “building smart grid storage equipment” ensure successful implementation policies. We also found that respondents who were under 50 years age, lived northern Taiwan, had higher monthly income, better awareness more likely participate transition. The insights gained this outline policy implications improving public’s advancing development contributing world’s carbon-neutral mission.

Given the threat of climate change caused by greenhouse gas emissions, climate-safe alternatives are receiving more attention. One most widespread solutions is implementation solar-powered technologies. These technologies, once implemented, do not increase emissions and provide safe, clean energy sources. However, large-scale solar farms require large amounts land space in areas that receive increased sunlight to operate successfully. As such, there have been proposals establish adjacent or encroaching on wetland habitats. Currently, little known about interactions between wildlife, specifically waterbirds, installations wild areas, environments. In this article, we examine current knowledge base wildlife with infrastructure natural We highlight a significant need for information ecosystems responses migratory waterfowl dependent these ecosystems. Finally, present methods mitigation reduce occurrence future considerations research. While facilities represent an opportunity decrease reliance fossil fuels, care must be taken so their installation does harm local

This study examines the photovoltaic (PV) landscape-related literature indexed in Web of Science database from 2005 to 2024, employing a combination bibliometric analysis software and manual review analyze, explore, summarize development trajectory future trends PV landscape research. Over past two decades, research has progressed through three stages: foundational stage 2008, during which studies primarily focused on environmental impacts installations; developmental 2009 2020, characterized by interdisciplinary integration, with shifting its focus systems living production environments, advancements technologies, innovations materials; maturity 2021 seen heightened requirements for energy conversion efficiency stability systems, along establishment systematic framework landscapes, enabling more diverse explorations development. Based this analysis, summarizes key frontiers including assessment installations ecological environment, deep integration visual aesthetic evaluation landscapes. Finally, proposes prospects landscapes briefly discusses limitations
