Abstract Wearable devices that include pulse oximetry (SpO 2 ) sensing afford the opportunity to capture oxygen saturation measurements from large cohorts in unconstrained living conditions spanning all hours of day. We report here a cross-sectional analysis 72 million individual SpO values collected 33,080 participants Apple Heart and Movement Study, stratified by age, sex, body mass index, home altitude, other demographic variables. Measurements were aggregated hour day for each produce subject-specific 24-hour profiles, which then grouped according variables downstream analysis. SpO2 profiles exhibited similar circadian patterns subgroups, being approximately sinusoidal with nadir near midnight local time, zenith noon mean 0.8% lower during overnight hours. Using averaged subject into nocturnal daytime values, we employed multivariate ordinary least squares regression quantify population-level trends factors including BMI, assigned (birth) sex. The implementation of Patient Monitor (PM) in ICU, ICCU, PICU and NICU currently imposes a significantly high cost investment. According to studies conducted, there are three main parameters required be measured, which heartrate (BPM), oxygen saturation (SPO2) body temperature (T). These highly needed by the medical personnel monitor order determine patient’s vital state. low-cost patient prototype (named 3 Parameters or PM3P) was developed using Arduino platform. In measure parameters, two types sensor modules were chosen, namely MAX30100 for gathering data DS18B20 data. prototyping process also included fixation finalization electrical circuit on printed board (PCB). PM3P underwent extensive validation comparing it real industrial PM made healthcare equipment industry. comparison done over gathered both system that conducting same measurement runs parallel. Mask wearing to mitigate the spread of COVID-19 and other viral infections may raise concerns on effects face masks breathing cardiopulmonary health. Non-evidence-based apprehensions limit use in public.We will assess parameters related heart lung physiology between healthy male female adults exposed (or not) under conditions rest graded exercise.We performed a cross-sectional study including 20 who met our inclusion criteria. Adults with underlying respiratory cardiac were excluded. Physiologic measured while participants underwent three activity levels (10 min each) randomly assigned order: rest, walking, stair climbing. Each level was conducted mask conditions: no mask, surgical N95 respirator. Heart rate (HR) blood oxygen saturation (SpO2) recorded via pulse oximeter after each activity. Perceived exertion utilizing Borg 15-point scale. A mixed-effects analysis variance (ANOVA) utilized interpret results.A significant increase perceived reported for users (p<0.0001). Abstract Introduction Previous studies reported higher oxygen saturation (SpO 2 ) in healthy young adult females as compared to males. The objective of the current study was evaluate whether or not similar differences exist prepubertal children. Methods SpO levels, respiratory rate, and pulse were measured 4‐ 10‐year‐old males females. Anthropometric variables, including ethnic origin, age, height, weight, BMI (Body Mass Index), BSA Surface Area), barometric pressure, altitude above sea level collected well. Results Ninety five 93 participated study. Groups similar, terms pulse, anthropometric variables. Mean 96.95 ± 1.09%, measuring 96.85 0.98%, P = .52. Objectives: This study was designed to determine the rate of perceived exertion, cardiovascular responses community dwelling older adults six minutes' walk (6MWT) and possible gender difference. Methods: One hundred three apparently healthy adults, aged 60 years above participated in study. Rate exertion (RPE) (blood pressure, peripheral capillary oxygen saturation (SPO2 ) pulse rate) were measured pre post 6MWT. Results: There a significant increase (p = 0.01) RPE among all participants after 6MWT. no difference (p>0.05) parameters 6MWT but with SPO2 between male female participants. Conclusion: Among sort hard influence on Systolic Blood Pressure following Female showed higher than males.
