Owing to the sensitive nature of healthcare data, aforementioned approach transferring patient data central servers creates serious security and privacy issues. In addition, blockchain distributed ledger technology has introduced immutable storage decentralized management capability, which handles a large number nodes E-Healthcare transactions via serverless network, but in limited manner because blockchain-enabled resources. this scenario, medical industries are concerned about constituting an innovation health information preservation exchanging service delivery protocols without connectivity untrusted third-party infrastructure. study, we proposed hyperledger fabric-enabled consortium architecture called BIoMT, provides security, integrity, transparency, provenance health-related exchanges clinical peer-to-peer (P2P) secure network environment. A consensus is designed created reduce rate resource constraints on Internet Medical Things (IoMT). The individual before sharing protected using NuCypher Re-Encryption mechanism, increases integrity transparency. Smart contracts deployed automate device registration, exchange transactions, (filecoin) after cross verification validation. experimental results show that BIoMT reduces computational cost by 26.13%, robust node generation 60.37%. Thus, only 31.79% 74.21% IoMT-related P2P usage maintained saved, respectively.

Nowadays, medical certificates are very important for many users as they want to avail health benefits like tax purposes, insurance claims, legal procedures, and more. Generating, issuing, maintaining remain a significant problem; before the invention of computer, were available hard copies. The digitization documents leads potential security issues, such forging risks privacy healthcare documents. Moreover, individuals still need be physically present wait at issuing centers get certificates. Currently, infrastructure any industry connects Internet Things (IoT) devices application software that communicates with information technology systems. Blockchain IoT can significantly affect by improving efficiency, security, transparency, provide more business opportunities. Therefore, privacy-preserving technique has been proposed in this article IoT-based systems using blockchain technology. architecture provides an interface between generate maintain Furthermore, scheme ensures specifying rules smart contract. Results discussion show is efficient than existing schemes.

Nowadays, one of the most popular applications is cloud computing for storing data and information through World Wide Web. Since has become available, users are rapidly increasing. Cloud enables to obtain a better more effective application at lower cost in satisfactory way. Health services must therefore be kept as safe secure possible because release this could have serious consequences patients. A framework security privacy employed store manage extremely sensitive data. Patients’ confidential health records been encrypted saved using cypher text so far. To ensure environment big issue. The medical system designed standard, access records, use by practitioners required. In paper, we propose novel algorithm along with implementation details an E-health model identity-based cryptography. comparison proposed existing techniques carried out terms time taken encryption decryption, energy, power. Decryption decreased up 50% method As it will take less power consumed doing cryptography operations.

A cyber-physical system is considered to be a collection of strongly coupled communication systems and devices that poses numerous security trials in various industrial applications including healthcare. The privacy patient data still big concern because healthcare sensitive valuable, it most targeted over the internet. Moreover, from perspective, plays crucial role exchange remotely using sensor nodes distributed environments. In industry, Blockchain technology offers promising solution resolve securities-related issues due its decentralized, immutability, transparency properties. this paper, blockchain-inspired secure reliable architecture proposed industry 4.0. uses BigchainDB, Tendermint, Inter-Planetary-File-System (IPFS), MongoDB, AES encryption algorithms improve Healthcare Furthermore, blockchain-enabled for accessing managing records between Doctors Patients introduced. development blockchain-based Electronic Record (EHR) purely patient-centric, which means entire control owner's hand backed by blockchain privacy. However, SHS generates enormous data contains sensitive personal information. To protect patients' privacy, we propose a secure blockchain (BC)-assisted access control scheme for fog computing. All operations users are recorded on BC by contract order ensure transparency reliability system. We present BC-assisted multiauthority attribute-based encryption (MA-ABE) with keyword search confidentiality data, avoid single point failure implement fine-grained IoT devices limited therefore it is not practical apply MA-ABE directly. reduce burdens devices, outsource most computational tasks nodes. The cab-sharing system provides a platform for drivers and riders with shared trip services, providing significant benefits, such as decreasing traffic congestion, reducing travel costs, limicting energy consumption, which improve the business of transportation. However, existing systems mainly depend on centralized authority to provide many increasing privacy concerns facing single point failure issue. Also, these expose drivers’ or riders’ locations personal information that increase security issues, charge high fees services due involvement third-party providers. Therefore, this paper proposes decentralized secure ride-sharing using blockchain technology without any trusted third party. proposed uses structure preserve driver’s rider’s information, details, price, pickup drop-off locations, departure arrival date, time. Furthermore, it implements reputation feature rate based their history behaviors allows users select them past experiences system. architecture is deployed Ethereum functionality designed smart contracts. performance evaluation experimental results show requires low computational overheads an efficient platform.
