This work proposes an implementation of the SHA-256, most common blockchain hash algorithm, on a field-programmable gate array (FPGA) to improve processing capacity and power saving in Internet Things (IoT) devices solve security privacy issues. presents different approach than other papers literature, using clustered cores executing SHA-256 algorithm parallel. Details about proposed architecture analysis resources used by FPGA are presented. The achieved throughput approximately 1.4 Gbps for 16 single FPGA. Furthermore, it saved dynamic power, almost 1000 times less compared previous works making this proposal suitable practical problems IoT environments. target was Xilinx Virtex 6 xc6vlx240t-1ff1156.

Healthcare is a crucial element of human lives that produces substantial amount medical data every year. A major difficulty faced by e-Health systems the secure storage and sharing this without compromising its integrity privacy. Being trustless, traceable, immutable technology, blockchain has potential to address these issues. In paper, we propose HierChain, hierarchical blockchain-based system for healthcare. This framework provides trustless environment decentralized tamper-resistant efficient management data. We first introduce an optimization problem aimed at identifying optimal solution maximum efficiency. Next, classify health based on specific features, sensitivity, requirements. classified then stored three different blockchains (Ethereum, Hyperledger Sawtooth, MultiChain) according their attributes. utilize fog nodes providing computational services resource-constrained Internet Things (IoT) nodes, enabling us perform preprocessing eliminate redundant information from collected Moreover, use differential privacy layer ensure sensitive remains protected throughout analysis process. Finally, present comprehensive attack evaluation performance implementing our real-world dataset. The simulation results indicate HierChain outperforms existing algorithms in terms scalability security degrading IoT network.
