In order to explore the effects of planting two economic crops in Moso plantations on composition soil phosphorus-functional microbial community, this study collected samples Persimmon and Tea-oil cultivated original bamboo for 3 years comparison. Soil physical chemical measurements metagenomic sequencing were used evaluate crop cultivation diversity microorganisms. Results show that (1) forests are converted different after pH values decline, other properties biomass phosphorus (MBP) content rise. (2) community structure changed with planting. The number bacteria was higher than soils, total unique being highest. (3) relative abundance phoU, phoR, ugpA, ugpB, gcd ppaC genes significantly increased, while pstA, pstB pstC decreased by replanting. (4) dominant microorganisms under closely related basic properties. Bradyrhizobium Camellia abundances positively correlated (TP), Sphingomonas negatively TP. electrical conductivity (EC), nitrogen (TN) MBP ppx–gppA gene.
